  • The product is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product is not damaged or altered in any way.

Please note that certain products may be exempt from this Refund Policy due to their nature, such as perishable goods, custom-made items, or products marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale.” We will clearly indicate such exemptions on the product page or during the checkout process.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • The reason for requesting a refund

b. We will review your refund request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to return the product(s) to us. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.

c. Once we receive the returned product(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the outcome of your refund request. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Please note that refunds may be subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount. We will inform you of any applicable restocking fees when we provide instructions for returning the product(s).
